Surface finishingTumbling is a widely used finishing method due to its simplicity, efficiency, and ability to produce high-quality results.
Surface finishingOur standard finish, parts are first machined to a surface roughness of Ra 3.2μm / Ra 126μin, deburred and sharp edges are chamfered.
Assembly fixtureThe assembly component is composed of aluminum alloy, PA (Polyamide), springs, and magnets, and is intended for PC memory module verification. It is machined using a 3-axis CNC machining center and finished with an anodic oxidation process to achieve a gold color surface treatment. Finally, it is assembled manually.
