Assembly fixtureThe assembly components in this case are composed of stainless steel and PA material. They undergo CNC machining using a 3-axis CNC machining center, and are finally assembled manually.
Surface finishingOur standard finish, Parts are first machined to a surface roughness of Ra 3.2μm / Ra 126μin, deburred and sharp edges are chamfered.
Surface finishingBead blasting cleans and evens out the surface of your custom Parts, improving the functionality and cosmetic quality. It leaves a uniform matte or satin texture on machined Parts by administering high-pressure glass beads on the components. A solely cosmetic option is available on request.
