Assembly fixtureThe assembly components in this case are composed of stainless steel material. They are capable of inspecting 8 products simultaneously and are completed using a 3-axis CNC machining center. The surface treatment is carried out through oxidation and sandblasting processes, and finally, they are assembled manually.

Stainless steelStainless steel 15-5 has a higher toughness than 17-4, better corrosion resistance and transverse properties compared to other similar martensitic grades.
