The CMM three-coordinate measuring machine not only possesses high precision but also comprehensive detection capabilities. It can measure the form tolerances of workpieces (such as profile, roundness, straightness, etc.) as well as the positional tolerances (such as parallelism, perpendicularity, coaxiality, symmetry, etc.). This comprehensive detection capability ensures that the workpiece maintains good performance and stability during assembly and use.

Our Quality Department is equipped with inspection instruments from brands such as HEXAGON, Serein, WanHao, TESA, and Nikon. We can issue CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) reports according to customer requirements.For quality control, we combine ISO management practices with precision instruments for testing. Both mechanical processing and surface treatment of products undergo inspection to meet customer requirement

Assembly workshop supervisor

We provide CNC machining services and conduct assembly testing on the components. For assembled parts that utilize different manufacturing processes, materials, surface treatments, and tolerance requirements, we provide post-assembly CMM reports.

Quotation Engineering Team

The Quotation Engineering Team analyzes customer inquiry drawings and provides quotations, and performs CNC programming for official order drawings.

Quotation Engineering Supervisor

Our quotation engineering team consists of six members, with the most experienced member having over 15 years of experience. For each quotation drawing, we conduct thorough and professional DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis and processing quotation, strictly considering factors such as accuracy, material, dimensions, surface treatment, quantity, and application scenarios.

Project seminar site

For special projects, conduct project analysis, interpret drawings, analyze feasibility and manufacturing difficulty, as well as identify precautions and other considerations.
